This little restaurant is a real gem. The food is delicious and it is priced right (inexpensively). The soups and salads are delicious, as are the entrees. It is a comfortable place, not fancy, but functional- just like the food-not fancy, but yummy.

Since we were last here, the food and service have deteriorated somewhat. The wait person did not completely listen to what we wanted and was not attentive during the meal. The soup was very good, although lacking in the requested tofu. I asked for an order of summer rolls (fresh veggies wrapped in rice paper) for an entree and received it right away. They were good, though. My wife's seafood combo, she said, was just average - not very tasty. Our friend's chicken and veggie dish, he said, was very good.

Where do I start? We went on a snowy night, wanting somewhere close to home. We had seen repeated Groupons for Rosded (we did not have one) but figured we would give it a try because we love Thai food. We were the only customers when we got there but it still took forever for the host/waitress to take our order. When she did, she was very cold and rude. I watched her go back to the register area of the restaurant, explain our order to the women who appeared to be the cook (I won't give her the satisfaction of the title "chef"), who started to argue with the host about something and then go angrily to the kitchen. We had ordered fried Shu Mai, Special Spring Rolls, and Chicken Pot Stickers as appetizers. We ordered Pad Thai and Five Star Chicken. While waiting for our food, several men came in, apparently friends (?) of the owners, went to a booth with one of the owners and they kept turning around and glaring at us - very disconcerting. Our appetizers arrived in good time but the fried Shu Mai was tasteless and very doughy. The pot stickers were a bit better but nothing special. The spring rolls were very greasy and when I broke one in half, there was a long, black hair in it. I made a terrible face, wrapped it in a napkin, and before i could say anything, the host, who apparently had been watching, ran over and grabbed the plate away without saying anything, but made a very mean face at me. She brought out the Pad Thai and the noodles were one big overcooked lump. The Five Star Chicken, decent sauce but very little food on the plate. Honestly, after the hair in the Spring Roll, I was ready to leave. Oh, and the atmosphere? Just before leaving, another couple came in, sat down in the booth next to us, and proceeded to take turns playing (very loudly) inappropriate rap song on their phones. My date insisted on paying the bill even thought we had plenty of reasons not to. Needless to say, we will NOT be back and highly recommend that you pass this place over.
Had decent reviews on multiple sites so I had decent expectations. The crab Rangoon had way too much pepper and we're not good. The dipping sauce for then was watered down. Speaking of watered down... The white rice was also watery. The main meal I had was a spicy ginger chicken dish. It was a small portion and good thing because or else it would have been a waste... The chicken was grounded chicken... Which I have never seen in a rice dish before. So dissatisfying.
