I was recently in Guelph on business and sought out a really good Thai restaurant; our local contact suggested that we check out Na-Haâs and I and happy that we did. The restaurant itself is very small and unassuming but the food is truly authentic Thai and delicious. You can tell that all of the food is freshly prepared for the dayâs consumption as once the lunch specials are sold out, youâll need to wait for the next day to try that particular item. Reasonably priced and excellent service round out this hidden Guelph gem

Authentic Thai food in downtown Guelph. Gluten free and vegan available options for value customers. "Fresh Flavorful and Authentic Thai cuisine"
We tried the new My Thai today and were very happy meals. Service was quick and very friendly. Spicy Noodle dish was good, you can ask for more spice if you like. Pad Thai and Ginger Chicken dishes were ordered by my friends and they both liked them. Good portion sizes. Could use some air conditioning , quite warm.

I'm not sure if there are new owners or cooks, but it is not as good as it used to be - the portions are so small (especially for what you pay!) and the flavour is not there. This used to be the best Thai in Guelph (in my opinion) but something has seriously changed.

The Calamari I got here was the worst ever. I got it as take out. Had I eaten in I would have sent it back. It was 12 dollars with tax. The portion was tiny and it was completely uneatable. The pieces were a half inch to an inch long and like rubber. I threw it in the garbage. The Thai coconut soup, on the other hand, was quite good.
