It lies on the eastward tail spurs of the Chiltern Hills, 30 miles (50 kilometres) north of London. These geographical features form several steep chalk escarpments most noticeable when approaching Dunstable from the north. Dunstable is the largest settlement in Central Bedfordshire and third largest in Bedfordshire behind Luton and Bedford.

We have been here a couple of times and both times thoroughly enjoyed everything. The service is always good and the staff friendly and helpful. Once you order you never have to wait long before your food arrives. The mixed starter for two where you get a selection of Chicken Satay, Chicken Spring Roll, Pork Ribs, Deep-fried Wanton and Chicken on Toast. For our mains we went for the drunken noodles which are spicy and a green Thai curry both of which were delicious. Personally I prefer the drunken noodles as I love spicy food and they have a nice kick to them. You can have chicken, beef or prawn but Iâve only had chicken. The last time we went they got my order wrong and brought out drunken beef noodles rather than chicken but as soon as I told them they apologised and brought the correct one really quickly. This place gets really busy especially on the weekends so would recommend booking to prevent disappointment. Parking isnât great as the restaurant donât have parking so itâs a matter of trying to park along the main high street of further down the road and walking, this isnât to much of an issue though. If you love Thai food you need to go here. They also offer take away via collection only and give you 15% discount when offering off the main dinner menu. Iâve not tried their take away yet but definitely will at some point.

We booked a meal for 10.15pm but the theatre show over run. We finally arrived just after 10.30. We had pre ordered due to the size of our table. I have to say the food was excellent as was the service. Iâm looking forward to returning again soon. Many thanks. Thank you so much for your extremely positive review. It was our pleasure to be of service. We are all certainly looking forward to seeing you all again soon however do let us know in advance so I can prep loads of Crispy Soft Shelled Crabs.Thank you, much appreciated.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the delicious food and efficient service, that we had when we visited Roymai Thai Restaurant on Saturday night. The waitresses were very friendly and nothing was to much to ask for. The restaurant had a friendly welcoming feel with beautiful traditional decor. We Would 100% recommend this place, for a lovely evening out with friends and loved ones. I would also definitely recommend the chilli bean curd dish, as it was so fresh and delicious. The beer was pretty good too .

The new name for The Magic Wok operating out of the same premises. The telephone ordering service has certainly improved and is less fraught than previously. The food arrived piping hot and well within the expected time quoted. Might be our imagination, but we fell Ho Chak are using less additives, as the usual after effects were not experienced on those occasions we have used them recently. Well worth trying if you were disappointed by The Magic Wok.
