Had dinner here with my wife while we were shopping around for places to eat in Lio. There weren't a lot of options and we finally decided on Fat Choy. The restaurant serves "Chinese" (taiwanese, shanghainese, and cantonese) inspired dishes. We had salted egg squid, stir fry beef noodles, fried string beans, tofu steak in special sauce. The servings were pretty small for the price. I like the texture of the tofu steak. The string beans were good, but overall the taste was just average. The salted egg squid needed more salted eggs. I wonder if they used the powdered salted egg yolks.
