Wiener Neustadt (German pronunciation: [ˈviːnɐ ˈnɔʏʃtat]) is a city located south of Vienna, in the state of Lower Austria, in north-east Austria. It is a self-governed city and the seat of the district administration of Wiener Neustadt-Land District. The city is the site of one of the world's oldest military academies, the Theresian Military Academy, which was established by Empress Maria Theresa of Austria in 1752 to train officers for the Austrian army.

The restaurant is in buffet style. You can take prepared dishes from the buffet or you put some ingredients like mushrooms, vegetables, meat, fish ... on your plate and a cook finishes it for you. You can choose between a number of sauces like teriyaki or garlic (hot or mild). For dessert there is a variety of fruit or ice cream. It's not cheap to eat there but it's worth the money.

I have eaten in hundreds of Sushi restaurants around the world including in Japan. This one here is characterized by very friendly staff, decent environment and some indeed decent food. They serve some pretty standard dishes including WOK and Bento Boxes - at very reasonable prices I have to say. The Sushi they offer is also very nicely priced. The highlight is the rice which is a very important part of a sushi. Here they serve plenty of it and it is very delicious - but sometimes too big for the fish that is put on top. Unfortunately the cook does not put Wasabi between the rice and the fish - so it lacks a bit of taste, unless one puts (what should be done anyway) Wasabi into the Soya Sauce. The fish (Salmon, Tuna and other standard ingredients) are of decent good quality and fresh, which is important. It is not a top Sushi restaurant for sure - but the Chinese Owner does a pretty good job and unless you want to drive to Vienna to get some higher quality Sushi - it is a very decent choice to eat there.

Das Sajado in Wiener Neustadt ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet (besonders die Fisch-Lampen über der Theke sind cool). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.Das Vorspeisenbuffet ist gut. Hatte schon bessere Maki und Sushi, aber die hier sind durchaus in Ordnung. Die Hauptspeisen im Rahmen des "All you can eat" Angebots können von der Karte bestellt werden. Mittags sind nicht alle Gerichte verfügbar, aber eine ganz gute Auswahl. Viele Gerichte sind hier dem europäischen Geschmack angepasst und leider nicht scharf. Aber generell meist solide Qualität. Auch das Nachspeisenbuffet ist gut. Alles in allem ist das nicht das herausragende asiatisch-kulinarische Erlebnis, aber insgesamt durchaus in Ordnung.

Es handelt sich um ein asiatische Buffet Restaurant in dem man schnell asiatisch Essen kann. Die Atmosphäre ist schlicht und einfach. Die Preise angemessen. Das Essen schmeckt gut. Bei meinem Besuch war es gut besucht. Man kann sich selbst am Buffet bedienen und sich auch etwas kochen lassen. Dazu wählt man die Zutaten aus und bringt Sie dem Koch, mit dem Hinweis mit welcher SoÃe er das Gericht zubereiten soll. Das fertige Essen wir einem dann serviert. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Gut geeignet für ein schnelles Mittagessen.
