Whoâd have thought that in a NSW country town (even one as sophisticated as Orange) that the Japanese restaurant would rival any on offer in a capital city. The sashimi was amazingly good, fresh and so well presented. The wagu was amazing. Lots of GF options and a wonderful wine list of local wines.

Nice and lively on a Saturday night with people enjoying themselves in groups. The food came very quickly which was great. Excellent quality and friendly atmosphere.

This is my favourite sushi shop is Orange. The food is always so fresh and there is a large selection. There is a little eating area at the back of the shop but mainly people purchase takeaway. The staff are always friendly.

I have had take-away lunches of sushi or sashimi several times; always beautifully fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. They also have a choice of 18 hot dine-in or take-away. There are a few little metallic tables and chairs at the front of the shop in the arcade for dine-in; not very up-market. We had a take-away once and the food was pleasant but rather bland.
