So there i was lost in Darmstadt. I found a wifi to get connected, opened the app and looked for restaurants in my vicinity. I felt like Japanese food and there it was towards the top of the list with excelkent reviews... that are very well deserved. Small and cosy place in a side street. Friendly waiter and attentive staff, simple menu with a mix of Japanese and Korean dishes. I went for half and half and was rewarded with hot miso soup and a delicious simple sesame marinated beef on a bed of steamed vegetables and rice. And even the price was totally right. I will definitely go there again and you should too!

I took 30 training participants out for dinner here and I have to say that if you don't speak German (which none of us did) the initial instructions on how to order are rather confusing! Having said that it was certainly an experience and, once we got into the swing of it, the food came quickly and in large amounts. Getting small plates almost Tapas-style worked really well for the number of people in the group and everybody enjoyed what they ordered. I would recommend this as something a little different to your usual Chinese / Asian "all you can eat" buffets.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Ever. I only went there because of the good reviews here, so I fell that I have the moral obligation to leave a honest review. I was there with my wife on the evening of May, 9th of 2015.To be fair, the food was good. We have no complains regarding the food. The miso soup was better than average, and the sushi was tasty and fresh.I was really hungry, and my wife was too. That hunger turned into disappointment when we saw the small portion sizes -- the sushi rolls were really minuscule, we don't know about the other kinds of dishes, but sushi portions, even the large ones, were much smaller than they appeared in the menu. Maybe they are enough if you are a broken hipster in your early 20's looking for a quick snack, but if you are a grown up looking for a real meal on a Saturday night with your lady, then you are in for a disappointment. My reservation was for 20:00 (8 pm) and we arrived in a timely manner, as always. The waitresses were nice and took care of our orders pretty quickly. Drinks and first course were quickly served. Main courses, however, took FOREVER. We were served our main courses ca. 21:10, exactly one hour after ordering them. Since it took forever for this order to come through we didn't even thought of ordering more. In the end we left hungry and headed to the supermarket that neighbors the place (Rewe) to get some food to eat at home.Another negative point was that it was quite crowded and the tables are too close together. It felt like having dinner with complete strangers at your table. If you know Germans then you know they like to stare. "Stare the foreigner" is practically a national sport in Germany. I don't usually mind this in public transportation and such, but during a meal that was supposed to be leisure time with my wife this was particularly distressing. Of course this restaurant bears no responsibility with respect to German culture and way of life, but the close proximity of tables made that particularly annoying German trait worse.Overall, terrible experience. As I said, I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful combination restaurant with buffet hot and cold Chinese and other Asian food. Topped by an amazing selection of fresh raw meat and fish that you can combine anyway you want and take it with your place number to the grill counter. Open all day, so after the lunch rush, if you can, is a very quite time to go. The selection is amazing including Sushi. Even in the quiet afternoons they try and keep up with replenishing the dishes as they run-out. Only problem is that you stuff yourself ! I am now a once a week regular.
