We arrived just before the rush but then again, tables continued to turn as people walked in. We were given some small appetizers and we ordered the sushi special and sake.Service was good and the sushi was fresh and I'm glad it wasn't pre-sliced as we did have to wait to get our special.I like this place as it just keeps moving along with people in and out. Great place to eat and people watch

Sea Pearl Restaurant & Lounge brings flair to Mosaic District with its chic decor and contemporary atmosphere. Inspired by the serenity of the open sea at sunset, Sea Pearl exhibits the feel of the ocean with mother-of-pearl curtains and chandeliers, and
This seafood restaurant is Asian inspired which provides a nice blend of flavor for the seafood. The atmosphere is comfortable and you should feel comfortable to enjoy a bottle of wine while enjoying a slower pace meal. Our waiter (Cole) seemed to know the menu and even though they were out of a few things, he was able to guide us to some enjoyable selections.

My friend and I stopped by another restaurant in the same plaza, hoping to get food there. However, that place was packed and had a long wait. Then I saw this place and immediately suggested this place to my friend. We were glad that we came in.My friend did not have any real ramen before. His idea of ramen was the instant noddle package that you can purchase at the grocery store. I explained to him that this is not the case. For the authentic Japanese ramen, it takes a long time to slow cook the pork bone to extract the marrow taste and to give the broth a rich and deep flavor. We both ordered the spicy ramen and we were happy with what we got. The only minor thing is that I just wish that they would give us a bit more sliced pork. Two thin slices do not really satisfy me. The flavor, nevertheless, is rich and we both liked what we got.We also had the fried oyster. The oyster was really fat and succulent. They were covered in Panko bread crumb (Japanese) and deep fried. When you cut it open, the steam comes out. The sauce that came with the fried oyster has some kind of smokey flavor and tastes a bit sweet and sour. It's not really my taste but the main thing is that the oyster was fat and juicy.Food gets a four star. Value gets a three star and service a three star. Overall, a solid three star dining experience for me!

Soju Sarang is one of my favorite non-BBQ Korean restaurants. Although small (and sometimes there's a wait), the waitresses are attentive and friendly and bring lots and lots of yummy banchan including some heartier and pretty unique ones. The banchan always sets the tone for a delicious meal. The special $40 sushi platter is quite a deal, with lots of sushi and sashimi. Once we asked to substitute one of the fish for flounder and they happily accommodated. The platter is a great deal in itself but also comes with a delicious and spicy fish bone soup. We've also had other entrees, all of which are good. I like this place because they have typical Korean dishes and sushi.
