I enjoyed a delicious burger accompanied by a sweet potato salad, the perfect early summer meal. Our server was savvy and upbeat, and the restaurant's "vibe" was energetic without being overwhelming. I see others recommend it as a stop off 84 and I would agree with that, plus the mall it's in offers interesting shopping.

We are huge fans of Texas Roadhouse, and starting 2019 with this experience, not sure when we will try again... the first problem was that they were seriously understaffed (we came early at 4pm hoping to beat the rush) (understandable, yet unacceptable)...the cheese fries appetizer was a huge disappointment... hopefully they ran out of the usual fries, and didnât permanently switch to the cheap fries they were serving tonight. My husband tries to eat healthy, so his go to here has been the half baked chicken...this has been removed from the menu...finally the meal (3 salads and a bbq chicken) took 1 hour to come out. Usually the manager visits the table to check on is, but no one stoped by tonight. Hopefully this was all just what they chalk up to a bad day, but unfortunately for Texas Roadhouse lovers, it left a bad taste in our mouths....

Only our second visit, but both times the food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Good service. If it wasnât for the noisy atmosphere, weâd go more often. Also a minor complaint, the boneless chicken wings,were cut up white meat, not wings. But they tasted very good anyway.

Arrived and sat at a bar booth but waited far too long for a wait staff. No one was sitting at the bar and only 2 other booths had patrons. 2 waitresses were nearby and definitely knew we were present (5:15 pm). Steak was good and cooked to order. Too much dressing on salad - recommend ordering on the side from now on. It was the all you can eat shrimp special and shrimp was just barely warm - not piping hot. Wait staff totally inconsistent. In the end we ended up with 3 different servers - not sure which one actually was responsible. Usually at Outback a manager does walk the floor occasionally- no manager seen. Time for management to get its act together and address poor service issues. In the end the bartender- from behind the bar - asked if I would like more shrimp - obviously she couldnât be bothered to come around the bar and ask. Hello,This is very disappointing.
