Stopped by for lunch with friends and spent two hours catching up. The restaurant was not slammed and since the space wasnât needed we just enjoyed ourselves. The staff was great as was the food. I had the Reuben sandwich with fries, everybody else had the salad bar. Our lunch was great. The facility was clean and very comfortable. The menu prices were very reasonable.

Revisited this steakhouse after many many years ago, which, back then, didn't quite meet up to our expectation. Verdict, not much changed since then. Aside from the main course, the Caesar salad was decent. Topped with anchovies (optional) and a healthy amount of shaved parmigiana cheese, this was very decent.My wife had the salmon, which was a tad overcooked (too long under the hot lamp?) and my 14oz ribeye steak... though nicely flavored, was very "sinewy", making it somewhat an overly chewy meal.Overall, a mediocre experience.

I have eaten at this location of the Outback and it has always been excellent. However, a recent visit was a total disaster. So many things were wrong that I would conclude there is a complete and total lack of management oversight with the result trickling down to the staff and, of course, to the customers.Problem 1: Seating. We arranged for call-ahead seating 4 hours prior to dinner time (6:30). At several times starting at 4:30, we received texts that our table was ready?! When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. A quick survey of the restaurant indicated that there were numerous empty tables. I was told that a server did not show up, requiring a section to be closed down. But there were empty tables all over the restaurant. Meanwhile, the personnel running the front of the house were clueless in their ability to operate the seating computer. I finally had to find a supervisor and request he seat us at one of the many 2-person tables which were open.Problem 2: Food preparation: I ordered the small filet, medium rare. It came back raw. So raw, it was mooing. In fact it might have been able to produce milk. I sent it back, something Iâve never done before. In the 15 minutes it took to fix the problem, my wifeâs food got cold. No offer was made to take back both meals. Oh, by the way, bread was never brought to the table. Problem 3: Incorrect billing. Wife ordered the small sirloin and lobster and instead got filet and lobster which was $11 more. She had to complain about this and it was fixed. This was supposed to be s special occasion pre-Valentines day. Although the food was good, the experience was awful and the evening was ruined. Clearly there is a major problem with staff not showing up, not knowing how to seat customers, not knowing how to take an order and most importantly, not knowing how to cook food properly. From what I saw in the front of the restaurant, I donât feel confident that proper food handling procedures are in place in the kitchen. I suggest that management close down this location and do a complete makeover to assure that staff is properly scheduled and trained to provide for an excellent experience. I am not willing to hear that good staff is hard to find. Instead of saying that, take care of your employees properly and they will remain loyal.Donât go to this location until such time the corporate folks at Outback acknowledge and fix the problems so that this does not happen again.

I was walking along the Church Street Marketplace and came upon four police officers in a conversation when I asked where I would want to eat within walking distance. They unanimously said EB Strong's Prime Steakhouse. I walked in and all of the tables were full for a Tuesday Night. Being solo I had no issue eating at the bar which was also packed. I enjoyed my New York Strip Medium with a side of Glazed Carrots and two Founders Brewery Porters. The bartender was great to chat with when he had the opportunity. An excellent experience. I will definitely be back and recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area.
