A small, family-owned group of restaurants, hand-crafting food since 1995. We feature wood-fire grilled steaks cooked over full-size logs of oak and ash, award-winning BBQ slow-smoked on premise, homemade desserts and much more.
2-6 is happy hour at Whisky Creek. We had a GREAT strawberry margarita and appetizers all half off! We ordered a blooming onion, tootsie rolls and wings. All were cooked to perfection. We went with another couple and shared everything. We called it dinner. It definitely was a âHappy Hourâ.

Polished casual atmosphere. Great Steaks, House BBQ, Burgers, menu featuring local ingredients. Full bar with large craft beer, scotch and bourbon selections. Great for date night, celebrations, family gatherings and after work drinks. Beautiful patio for
What a place. Great food. Craft beers. Excellant desserts. So glad we stopped. From the onion rings app (spicy mustard dip was amazing) to the entrees (amazing steaks, burgers, brisket and mac and cheese) finish up with carrot cake, caramel macchiato cheesecake (my favor thing of the night), carrot cake and chocolate torte. Will stop buy the next time though

Barnstormers is located on the Norfolk NE airport (OFK) in the old airport terminal (the southernmost airport building). If arriving by plane, you can park just outside the restaurant. The entrance to the restaurant is on the east side of the building (parking lot side)--just walk through the gate and around the building. It was chilly so the patio was closed. This was my first visit to Barnstormers, and I can guarantee that I'll be heading back soon. Everything was perfect... the aviation-themed style of the restaurant, the friendly and casual service (our server's welcoming personality reminded me of an old-time family diner), and--most importantly--the food. I went with the day's special because I always go with the special if I don't know what to get. It was the best Prime Rib Sandwich I've ever eaten. In a nutshell, it was a perfect dining experience, and the best fly-in restaurant I've tried yet. The question isn't if I'll go back, it's how soon I'll go back. I just wish I wasn't a one-hour flight away.Kudos to the staff at Barnstormers!Thank you! I appreciate your comment- one of the best, and most unexpected 'perks' of Barnstormers is the many pilots we've met. Always ready to share stories, and such genuine and congenial people!! Glad to know we may see you often :)
Been in Nebraska for almost a week, had beef at at least 5 meals and this was the best yet! Tried the Blackened Prime Rib Sandwich and it was excellent. The blackening made for a slightly crisp and spicy crust and the meat itself was melt in your mouth tender. The beer selection was the best in town and the service was attentive and accurate. Great place!
