Went in about three times. About my limit on returning. Good food, ok service, mid range prices. Itâs like a show. You have waiters at your table for the duration you are there. You only have the table though for about two hours so not much conversation going on so you can respond to all of the request of the servers. You eat until you leave when your table time allowance is up. My thought: You want to at least try it once. If itâs your idea of a great dinner, go back. Enjoy!

My wife and I visit the Pocono Mountains a few times a year and as far as we're concerned there is only one restaurant worth visiting and that's The Longhorn Steakhouse. Before we found a need to explore outside the Texas Roadhouse we were reasonably happy. We appreciate good steak but the best the Roadhouse gave us was steak that was lacking in taste. I would always request some gravy or plenty of steak sauce and that helped. My wife was turned off the Roadhouse steak many years ago so she would go with the half a roasted chicken. She really enjoyed that. But I'm not reviewing the Roadhouse. Now about The Longhorn Steakhouse: People, the steak at the Longhorn is almost as good as what we are served in many NYC steakhouses. Now allow me to explain that bold statement:.. NYC as well as all real deal Steakhouses are in a class of their own. They serve Aged Prime meat and they have a very good list of side offerings. All for two people and very expensive. Example: A baked potato at least ten dollars.. You get the picture. Then we have the almost as good steakhouses: The Longhorn is at the top of the list in that category. Very juicy, tasty, choice meat. Not the best but not three times the price. Their sides are included and very good. The bottom line is Longhorn steakhouse is much better then there choice meat competition and I believe they are as good as several of the Prime places. They have a short wine list but my Pino G was very good and reasonable. I really like the Longhorn.

We had a business meeting in a private room at the Blue Grillhouse for our business colleagues and customers. It was an outstanding experience. The service was implacable. The restaurant is beautiful, well decorated. The food was served to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed the chop salad, and a tasty filet mignon. The wine selection is outstanding too. It was an outstanding experience. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I came from out of state to take my mother to celebrate her birthday and wanted to take her and my brother out for an exceptional dinner. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be somewhat mixed. First, service was exceptional. Molly was friendly and attentive and we couldnât be more pleased with her. We were seated immediately and cocktails and appetizers came promptly and were excellent. The menu has quite a nice selection of entrees youâd expect in a high end steakhouse. Unfortunately, the lighting is very low making it quite difficult to read the menu without using a cell phone light. My brother and I each chose the tomahawk steak special. He ordered his medium and the ordered medium rare. When the entrees were served his was more medium rare than medium but he was okay with that. Mine was medium and I asked for it to be taken back, which I rarely do. The server promptly brought it back saying the chef said it was as ordered. I chose not to make a fuss which in hindsight I regret. When you pay $82 for a steak you should get EXACTLY what you want. This blemished what otherwise would have been an outstanding dining experience. Overall, this is a very nice steakhouse and I wanted to give them 5 stars. Perhaps our dinner experience was non typical and I would have a different view if I gave them another try. In summary, I would have to say that although their prices are on par with top tier steakhouses, they donât quite measure up to what Iâve experienced at those type restaurants.
