"With extra egg" Megan declared. "No, I said no egg." "Oh, right." "And two waters." One water appeared. "Oh, I didn't understand." Later,a repeat of the request for a refill was necessary. Bar B Que chicken was O.K., although starkly placed alone on the plate. The Pittsburgh rare strip steak was properly cooked. It too was starkly alone on the plate in a puddle of black oil. The meat had a large amount of inedible silver skin tissue. (see photo)Salads were cold and fresh. The up-charge for blue cheese crumbles was not mentioned.Music volume was loud and intrusive.Service and food generally adequate for this level of dining.

We called in 20 minutes in advance as instructed earlier in the day of May 17, 2019 by an employee. We were told that a clicker would be set for us so we would not have to wait as long and they confirmed to me that they knew we needed a wheelchair seating. For whatever reason this restaurant does not take reservations. We arrived at 5:30 and was told it would be 35 to 40 wait. Over an hour had past and no seats were available for someone in a wheelchair. Parties of 6 and 8 who arrived AFTER our party of 4 were promptly seated before us, which should never had happened. The employees put several tables together, which could have accommodated our party of 3 plus one wheelchair very nicely. Those groups only had to wait a few minutes. A discussion with two separately managers did nothing for us. Once we were finally seated in a table that was NOT wheelchair accessible our server turned out to be just wonderful. Not once did the either manager come to see if we were okay with the seating. Needless to say the person in the wheelchair kept getting hit in the back by different servers as they hurried around the corner. This was NOT meant for a wheelchair. I would have given this restaurant a one star, but the server we had was very good. Food was average. I would not recommend this place for any special occasion such as ours or for someone that is handicapped.

First time in long time back to Outback. Food still good, service good and restaurant clean but just feels stale. Nothing upbeat; the only thing up was the prices. BBQ chicken with sauce on the side good, the special Alice chicken with coconut shrimp very good. Happy hour prices not that happy. Had bonus card from I thought Bloominâ Brands which in one part said usable at Outback, Bonefish, Carrabbas and Flemingâs but in another part said only Carrabbaâs. Confusing and not acceptable. Same confusion about vet and first responder promo. This location did not accept first responder contrary to email. Good but not great.

This new restaurant is absolutely stunning. We had high hopes for another good place to dine - it was a hit and miss. We couldn't get a reservations other than 3:30 in the afternoon, but decided to give it a go. There were 7 of us dining. Four of the seven meals were delicious. The other three were extremely disappointing. the Delmonico pork steak was almost inedible - full of fat. Two of the diners ordered the 5 oz filet. They asked for medium, got well done... and the filet was simply a 5 oz tenderloin, not a filet. Baked potatoes weren't cooked through either.Don't look for a happy hour - it doesn't exist. My biggest pet peeve is the servers are being trained to get people in and out of there. No time to enjoy cocktails and conversation in the middle of the afternoon. I told our server three times were weren't ready to order. She was polite but pesky. Didn't get two of the orders correct either.. the list goes on, but enough said. We won't be back. The following evening we dined at the Rose Plantation for dinner. They are heads and tails better than the Chop House will ever be. At least we have Lopez for fine dining by golf cart if needed.
