It is located north of the capital Ioannina, and northeast of a group of villages known as the Zagorochoria. Centrally located in Konitsa, and maybe the inly remaining taverna to eat dinner with family and our dog. Unfortunately some recent reviews captured a similar experience: the personnel was unfriendly and doesnât allow entrance with dogs (which is against the law actually). Not recommended at all based on the personnelâs attitude.

Really good, Greek food. Affordable prices for home-cooked recipes. Not just the usual Greek spit-roasts and pies but other stews and pot-roasts. Large portions in a setting that feels majestic all season round. 6 people in the area of 70⬠with tip and beverages included is worth the drive.
