We went to Polo based on the TA reviews, so I feel obliged to share that we had a very different experience from what other reviewers described. On the positive side, the waitress was excellent, very efficient and friendly. But really, the steaks were 25-30% inedible fat. We had one KC Strip and one seriously undercooked ribeye. The waitress took it back, very apologetic. It came back cooked a bit more so that it was warm through but still underdone. The KC Strip was properly medium rare, but there was just so much fat to cut away. The meat itself on both steaks was deliciously flavorful, tender and perfectly seasoned, but the excess fat on both of them suggested poor butchering to me. Maybe the filet mignon would be a better choice. The wine was undrinkable. The beer was fine. The water was also undrinkable tap water, a problem everywhere here in Hutchinson. The salads were included in the entree price, but I would have paid extra to have gotten better greens and dressing. I just can't recommend this place despite its local color and obviously satisfied customers. Our bill was $78 before tip. Not a good value.

Airport Steakhouse is your best bet for a great charcoal-grilled steak or seafood, chicken, pork, salads and other favorites. Full bar service is available. Our all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is a satisfying crowd-pleaser and it's fast, too; you can be back
We went there Saturday night for a birthday steak dinner. We ordered steaks with baked potatoes. She also ordered sauteed mushrooms and french onion soup. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer. We had to wait a lot longer than we should have. When the onion rings arrived, they were cold. We had to have the server bring new rings. The steaks were brought out and they had set for too long before being brought to the table. They forgot the soup and had to be reminded of the mushrooms. The bar area is open to the dining area. There were several people in the bar area and they were very loud which made the experience even less enjoyable. They at least did not charge for the soup and took off the drinks.

Stopped in for Dinner and seen big banner hanging in front offering âEarly Dine for $10.99â. We got seated and asked about the Early Dine special and our waitress said if we wanted it we had to order quickly and she had to enter it in 5 minutes because of the computer ( Not her fault but silly a bit). My wife ordered and picked her 2 sides and then I ordered and was picking my 2 sides and the waitress said mine only came with one ??? I didnât argue because I thought I mis-read something. Well out of the 11 choices only the last one said you didnât get any sides. Iâm not one to cause a scene so I let it go but as you can clearly see on this menu board that was at our booth it shows 2 sides. We both asked for medium well cooking on our burger patties and they served us very well done patties that have been precooked for who knows how long. They were dry and almost tough. My Texas Wedge Fries were the same re-cooked heat them up. Not quite what we expected, especially coming from a Steakhouse. The waitress was nice, prompt and but she could of explained why they offer something in print but donât offer it without me having to ask. Honestly when we walked out door we both said at the same time...â Arbyâs is right next door we should of just ate there for much cheaperâWe got the Texas T-Bone for sure !
The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a rib-eye with fries plus green beans. The steak was OK and cooked correctly, but not the highest quality. Please note, the price for the meal was cheap/very reasonable, so it was what I expected. More of a bar feel to the restaurant.
