Five of us ate here on a Friday night, (It is only small and bookings are essential). All of us enjoyed our steaks. I had the Brochet which is 4 cuts of the finest steak and it was well worth the 36 euros. We didn't find this final bill that expensive compared to other places we ate in Dusseldorf, so do feel this quality restaurant is value for money.

We had the most wonderful food and wine at this restaurant. It doesn't look anything special from the inside, however once you venture into the restaurant itself you'll be treated to a fantastic choice of food and wine. If we ever return to Dusseldorf, we will most certainly returning to El Lazo. Please do try it if you like good quality steak and a nice choice of wine.

We really enjoyed our meal here. We visited on a Saturday night and it was VERY busy. It's small and there is no place to wait, so if you are seated near the entrance it feels a bit hectic. The food and house wine were amazing, but it's not inexpensive (in line with other steak houses in the area) The servers were friendly. The valet parking made me anxious because there was no one there when we arrived and I didn't know what to with my car. It was a nice dinner just not quite so relaxing near when seated near the door but none the less, I would happily return.

Another disappointing steak in Dusseldorf!Service was good but everything else was average.Steak was lean, beatifully cooked but tough, need a better supply.The chilli dip was ketchup with some chilli. If you are going to charge for it please take the trouble to make it yourself.I am sorry but giving up on dusseldorf steakhouses.
