A nice night out ruined by extremely unprofessional staffing. I have dined at many high quality places as you can see in all my trip advisor reviews. I give positive reviews many more times then negative. I do believe that Gatsbys takes the cake on this particular evening for worst waitressing ever. Foods good. Service (at times) is AWFUL. If you go, hopefully you catch everyone on a good day. Good luck. I apologize for your experience. I don't what could have happened as I have a very professional wait staff as can be seen by the many great reviews we have received. Many of my staff have been with me for the 17 years we have been open. I constantly have people come up to me and tell me what a friendly and great wait staff I have.

Way to much fat and gristle in the meat. That was a severe disappointment for our customer. The asparagus was great as was the sautéed spinach. Service was adequate.

We've been to countless brazilian steak houses all over the country and can say this one ranks more expensive than chicago, nashville, and others of this kind. All of the others had over twice the salad bar with shrimp, candied bacon and lots of other more premium offerings. This started out with the first peice of meat having over half. There were a lot of cheap cuts like chicken and sausage with strange flavors not appealing enough to finish. There was also a bacon wrapped "filet" which was more like tough sirloin. None of the meats were even near the calibre of big city brazilians and were priced exorbitantly for the area. If the meat was even half as good as a typical chain restaurant we wouldn't have felt as bad for spending $50 plus $4 for the smallest bottle of coke known to exist. One of the party asked for a refill and was billed a total of $8 for a total of 16oz. Add that to $9 deserts and this is crazy. Our first strikeout at a new restaurant in a long time

We went with friends that live in the area. They said they have been there several times and never had a bad meal. We liked it too! My husband said the rubs were great and I enjoyed my Michigan salad with cherries. Our waitress was friendly and helped recommend drinks too. It was a great evening!Thank you!
