Popped in hoping for a table for 2. We had Tapas -choice of 3. Beef, Potatoâs and prawns. Each dish was so tasty...like really delicious. Lots of flavour. It wasnât a lot but it was enough to fill us up. The staff were really lovely. Dark inside but not gloomy. Very efficient and busy. Probably wise to book.

We have visited here a couple of times since we moved to Sydney. The first time it was excellent but our visit tonight was not so good...the tapas arrived slowly - we had potatoes for 15 minutes before anything else came. The blackpudding was dry. The service was disappointing. This was in stark contrast to our previous visit when the service was excellent - and the black pudding tasty - and the tapas came out more or less together...Good evening TheweefleaThank you for taking some time to review us. We value your feedback and we are sorry to hear that experience with us this time was not as per exceptions. Saturdays tend to be very busy that is the reason we encourage customers to book. Finding a table for walk in customers, we loose our consistency but saying that it is not a excuse for us. We are a dedicated team and will make sure we improve our selves and maintain consistency. Balcon is a classy Tapas And Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Sydney. The menu was certainly well thought out and the food presentation was excellent. There is no value for money here and not much change for $100 + / headThere is nothing wrong with this restaurant but for me the food was say so and I wouldnât go back here based on the cost. There are better restaurants around with out spending so extravagantly
