Our beautiful and cozy little restaurant overlooks the main center of San Ignacio town. We offer local (traditional and contemporary Belizean) cuisines. We are the only restaurant in San Ignacio that offers a full local menu.
Maybe other reviews set expectations too high. The space was on the second floor. There was no air flow and it was quite warm. As for the food, we were underwhelmed. There was no Ivy (mentioned in other reviews) when we visited. Two nice young men were running the place. The food just wasnât that good this night. I had the jerk chicken burrito which just wasnât quite right. My son had a similar experience with his fish tacos which lacked flavor. This is unfortunate but perhaps it was an off night. Weâve had good meals in San Ignacio and there is no lack of food in this area. We were disappointed to have wasted an opportunity to eat well this night.I am sorry you had a bad experience at our restaurant. The cooks that are there were trained by myself, Ivy and using my recipes. I am on maternity leave at the moment but will be back next week, the 1st week of June.I will be back soon with more of my flavorful traditional menus. Thank you for sharing your helpful feedback and I hope that you would give Authentic Flavors a second try if you return to San Ignacio.Regards,Ivy

Awesome food with a nice Mexican fuzz to it. The best jalapeño poppers (stuffed jalapeños) I've ever had. Friendly staff and owner who checks on customers. A good view of the town and on clear days you can see villages 10 miles away.

Is a newly opened restaurant serving its patrons exquisite local and foreign dishes with a homemade touch. Stemming from the days of Las Casitas (1980) and OB Entertainment (2002), Coze Grill now aims to carry on the legacy and continue serving its custom
Tucked away off the main road through Santa Famila Village, Coze Grill is a definite must if youâre visiting the Cayo District. The food and ambiance are excellent, and it give the feeling of being in a private home. I enjoyed the fried fish with cilantro rice, including a a Cho-Cho which was sort of like a stuffed green paper. Great flavor combos and everything was so fresh. I understand they have karioke on some evenings which surely must be a hoot. The family that operates the restaurant (see a few of them in the attached photo) is delightful and we enjoyed hanging with them well past our meal. Please note that this restaurant is currently opened only on weekends. Check it out â Iâm sure you wonât be disappointed!

Boca's is the spot to eat at if you want the best sliders in Belize. The chicken BBQ sliders rule, as do the meatloaf sliders, and all the other sliders. Great frozen drinks too. They have eating contests every now and then, and you should try their atomic hot wings, which are really hot. Wish me luck with that eating contest! They are a little hard to find since they aren't right downtown, but they are 1 block off the double lane road, about a 5 minute walk from downtown. Well worth it.Will be back there next week.
