LA FLAMENCA: Gastronomic experience with organic ingredients that include diverse options and innovative dishes that fuse the best of Guatemalan and Spanish cuisine in an accessible and natural space.
We wanted to taste something different and exotic. There are also "normal" dishes but we definitely recommend to try those Jungle Food -dishes! The owner is very friendly and helpful and she will translate and/or tell you more about the exotic dishes! AND remember to ask about her home made chocolate, it is delicious and not expensive! Thank so much for your review!!! MOur best wishes for your trip!!

Very nice hostel accommodation in small cabins, mine housing six people. Bar, restaurant, shower facilities available. Sited in the perfect location to set off and explore the Semuc Champey park, swimming in the beautiful but sometimes fast flowing river, or exploring nearby caves. Shuttles can be booked to locations such as Flores, Antigua etc
I had the chicken and it was very good! Nice atmosphere and friendly service. The pool is lovely as well.

The staff was great, but the service was very slow. There are a few vegetarians options, which is always nice, but the food is average/poor and overpriced. For some reason, every dish comes with 3 untoasted slices of white bread, even pizza. I only ate there because the hostel doesn't have a kitchen.
