A favorite of both locals and visitors, the Bistro is considered a signature of Jackson Hole. Sophisticated, yet casual, the American eatery features creative interpretations of classic bistro fare. A warm and lively atmosphere is complimented by friendly
Since this restaurant was next door to our Hampton Inn accommodations, we decided to dine here on our first night in Jackson. Service was adequate. Food good except one of the dishes had to be returned as it was not hot. Husband really liked the steak sandwich and fries. The hot bread and butter they bring to the table was especially good.

Small supermarket in the Jackson core. Find it just south of the Town Square on Pearl St.. Picnic items are plentiful. Buy here, eat elsewhere. Much less expensive than the surrounding restaurants. And more fun to eat this way. I ate my meal in the park.

E.Leaven has reopened in the summer of 2019 with a fresh look & a new & improved menu - still serving our tried & true local favorites along with some great new additions! We are your affordable, family friendly, fast-casual spot for breakfast, lunch and
Diner-like environment with counter ordering but food delivered to table (you receive a number card to take to the table). The menu had some appealing sandwich options and interesting breakfast options (served even at lunch). There were 10 of us and the group all enjoyed the food, which was well prepared. Nothing particular special about the restaurant but seemingly a reliable option.

After touring the extraordinary 'National Museum of Wildlife Art', we savored a special light lunch at this 'in the building' bistro...her 'Pistou Market' (fresh baby asparagus, peas, watermelon radish, topped w/an egg, and my asparagus bisque & sauteed snap peas were delicious, nicely presented & reasonably priced. Lovely setting & view, friendly service by 'Jennifer'. Indoor or patio seating, wine/beer available. Highly recommend.
