We had 2 of their 1/2 price apps during 3-6pm happy hr. The meatball app with bread was tasty and a bit spicy! The Antipasto App was disappointing! The Mozzarella cheese consisted of about 2 Tablespoons of 1/4" cubes! The salami was sliced into 1/4 x 1 inch portions! I counted 7 SMALL slices worth of salami! VERY Skimpy portions given I MHO! A decent portion of olives was presented. About 5 cherry tomatoes that were halved were included. All those ingredients were infused was a pleasant Olive oil/balsamic dressing. I'm glad We payed 1/2 price for that app! The atmosphere there is great - urban/Industrial with a bit of Chic!

Outstanding! Fresh ingredients! So much flavor! I had the Pesto Peak Italiano! It was to live for! The Sweet Harvest side salad was amazing. It had an orange dressing with a light delicious flavor. I will definitely go again!! The staff was friendly and you could tell they took pride in their work! :)

The location is not the greatest as I think Potbellys would kill it in another location that you can see them from. For instance Subway restaurants are highly visible and this one is tucked back, so unless you know about it, you may miss it by default. That is my only complaint as the food is 100% always awesome! Franchise food is never a bust as it is always right on what they tell you are getting. This is one of 3 best Sub places in the area! Don't miss out on this one !

Viet Palace doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside the restaurant is warm and the service both friendly and attentive. The menu is simple but varied, and has my favorites: phó and banh mi. I tried a non-traditional variety of the famous noodle soup and found it quite good. The broth is very flavorful, and though some of the typical notes (such as anise) were not present, it was still delicious and loaded with ingredients. Prices were reasonable and the restaurant was very clean.
