We had a very nice lunch at Dianneâs Fish Shack. Fun decor and very friendly staff. The lobster rolls were excellentâvery generous serving. The chowder was very creamy (a good thing for me) but more potatoes than necessary. The fish and chips are good, although the fish wasnât cooked evenly and obviously had been cooked from frozen. A nice experience.

We decided to have a late lunch here and it was a good idea as the busy lunch crowd had left. We ordered the Ultimate Feast to share and it was more then enough for the two of us.,Our server was very pleasant and prompt. The food arrived piping hot, cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Probably the best meal ever eaten here! Will return,

Ordered fish and chips ... fish was very good but "chips" (really common fries, not the British type we hoped for) tasted as if they had been re-heated in a microwave before adding them to our plates! Very disappointing because we expected the "real thing". Very good staff and service, but not enough to cancel out the relative poor quality of the meal. Wish it had been better.

A bit tough to find, but if you head south on Gardiner's Road, just past the Boston Pizza, it is on the right.Everything is prepared fresh, nothing sitting around soaking up grease.My wife and I chose the single piece of cod with coleslaw, really excellent and a good sized portion, Lightly battered and cooked to perfection.
