Hands down these are the best sandwiches i have ever eaten! I didn't know a sandwich could be so delicious. The four of us had fabulous attentive service, great wine and beer and a new experience in sandwiches, picked herring, fried herring, shrimp, rare roast beef and fried place... just go if you have the opportunity! Only open for lunch unfortunately!

By accident we visited this small restaurant just the day after first opening - a sunny springtime day at the Harbor of Køge 30 kilometers from Copenhagen. The new opened restaurant is tied to a restaurant 10 kilometers North - Jenners at Mosede Havn. The food is the traditional danish open sandwiches - called "smørrebrød" - and the quality quite OK without being impressing. They recommend to chose 3 pieces, and that sounds fair - also in price.Quick and friendly serving. One caveat however - perhaps because of the start up stress - when I look on the invoice right now I find 2 mistakes - so we have paid 12 % too much. But the total price (3 people) including water and coffee was 600 Dkr - rather OK

Sorry to say, but our dinner today was really disappointing. Most of the components were tasteless. The baked potatoes were tasteless, just like the carrots. My hereford steak wasn't medium or rare but welldone. After complaining I got a new steak which was perfectly baked. The chicken with cashewnoten was very salty but further the taste was good.Really disappointing looking at the rest of the reviews. I hope this was an offday for the cook.

I guess there is a reason this has a normal distribution of reviews along a perfect bell curve. Given the price I was expecting more taste, friendlier staff and a better overall experience. It was a Thursday night. 1/3 fish mains was sold out, likewise 1/2 entrees which was a shame. My grilled fish with butter sauce really had no flavour and, the baked potatoes were ...well just baked potatoes. The waitress was rather rude when I asked about the inaccurate translation of the menu and they charged for tap water! - So I cannot recommend this place.
