I had a conference in town, so I took the recommendations of others at the conference and visited Razzooâs. I ordered the Cajun Fondue as my meal and was not disappointed! Everyone elseâs food near me also looked delicious and arrived super quickly. I would visit again.

We had a large family that decided to visit The Porch for lunch. There was also another large family there at the same time. It was crowded. We ordered and were not in a hurry which turned out to be a good thing. We split our order in two but ordered back to back. The first group that ordered received their food timely. The second group finally had to ask where the food might be. When we got it, my burger was cold. The soup was tomato basil but it was more like marinara side in texture. The taste was okay. My wife ordered soup and a grilled cheese which was on their menu board and the cashier said they were out of grilled cheese. Of course my wife asked if they had cheese? - yes. Do you have bread? - yes. Then put it together and grill it. Problem solved! The hamburger patty was so why tasteless. Very average overall. I have had their beers and like it, but I can name 10 other hamburgers in town that are better than The Porch. Fries were very good. So - drink beer and eat fries. We are sorry your experience was anything but amazing. We always try to check with our patrons to make sure everything came out great. We sincerely apologize if no one checked with you and your group. We hope you will give us another try.

Come to Lago del Pino to experience all that makes Tylerâs destination restaurant an oasis in the countryside. From its spectacular private lake views and its distinctive fountain show, to its eclectic live music, relaxed fine dining, and fabulous wine li
Visited the area over Labor Day Weekend with my family. We searched restaurants near The Villages Resort. Lago Del Pino came up, we searched their website, their website is great. Thatâs as far as it went for the greatness. We made a reservation for 630 for a party of 7. We arrived at 630 and were told that âyour table is ready, but itâs gonna be 15 minutes till someone can attended to you.â That should have been a red flag!! We sat at a table outside to enjoy the view of the lake. The table was filthy, no one cared to wipe it down. We had 3 children with us and I asked for children menus, they never came. I had to get up and walk to the front to ask for them. The young lady who was the host, apologized and said they were so busy! Itâs 630 and the place was no where near busy. They are simply disorganized, unprepared and unqualified to be operating as a restaurant. We ordered our food and it took No less then an hour for 3 kids filet mignons, $17 EACH kids meal!!! (a $51 rip off!) an order of tacos, one pork chop and a salad!! We sat there for so long without food that other servers came to ask us if we had been helped?? After about an hour and twenty minutes our food arrived cold and very underwhelming. To top it off we had no utensils, we had to ask for forks and knives, that took another 5 minutes to get. Food was not good at all. It was a waste of $100, I wish I could get that $100 and the two hours of my life back. Please avoid this place at all cost. We thought we would be getting a fine dining experience from the images on the website. Iâve had better meals from a food truck. I hate to leave bad reviews because places have off days but this was ridiculous. I watched other tables during our long wait and notice other tables having to request plates for the appetizers! This place should close its doors. This was suppose to be my sons birthday dinner but we didnât even stay for dessert. If you want a great experience with great food, you must try The Grove in Tyler. We had to take my son there the next evening to celebrate. The whole experience there was amazing from start to finish. Please see my review of The Grove with pictures. The $200 meal at The Grove was worth ever penny and then some. Lago Del Pino needs to take notes on how to run a restaurant from The Grove. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!

Got there Sunday evening, seated quickly. Asked how much a tall Dos XX would be. Choke choke $9!! Got a Bud Light. Ordered the shrimp poboy. Fries were fine the poboy was terrible. Coating on the shrimp just not to my liking. Brother ordered the onion ring, soggy and greasy. Service was fine place is clean but they can keep their food. A fancy building just wonât lure me back.
