This place is a bar. However at dinner time you can bring your children in I guess there's a great meal. Check out their specials on the menu board everyone there is accommodating and try to keep you happy.

We were told about this place by some friends several years ago... they were right! Great sandwiches and more than accommodating when being asked for substitutes. The specials have been yummy every time. We forgot to pay one time (oopsey), called back and were told... they knew they would be seeing us another time! LOL - what a small town attitude. We like Vic's and we did go back and pay~~~

We were just reminiscing about our lovely lunch and cold beverage that we enjoyed at the lodge. We sat atop on the deck overlooking the lake. Enjoying the cool breeze, warm weather (not hot mind you) but a nice day at 8,000 feet and tasty local beers. Food and service were good. Stop in and rest for awhile before headed on your way.

Warmly welcomed, attentive service, clean if not older decore. People that arrivd after us were served first. BLT was good...potato salad was NOT homemade, cheeseburger & curly fries were declared delish by our 12 year old granddaughter. I odered a cut of chili and country potatoes. I got the chili nd it was good...reminded our server about the spuds. They came when the chili was done and were deep fried hard little pucks...they removed them from our bill...breakfasts we saw look good as did the french fries..notsure I would stop again!
