Wife and I were looking for a "nice" place, that wasn't LOUD, for a romantic type dinner out. When we selected Romeo's we were not sure what to expect, but were delightfully surprised. First off at 5:30 p.m. we were the only ones there - Sweet! Drinks were very good, dinner was somewhat limited as a couple choices were not available, never-the-less, she ordered the Veal Picatta - which she loved. While I had the Rib-eye steak. The garlic mashed potatoes had a very light garlic flavor, I felt it could have been a tab deeper, the rib eye steak was to thin, but done perfectly, and with the cream horseradish sauce - very, very good. Veggies done nicely. Overall we were very pleased and will return.

Last year a we ( a party of 25) walked in without a reservation after getting off the Rainbow River Tubing. The ladies were amazing! No aggravation here towards our huge unexpected party. Food was great we all got seated at the same time. The only thing is some were seated outside and others inside but again, they did not know were were coming. We had a great time time.

Tried this for breakfast after reading reviews, I wonder if we even went to the same place? The whole building needs an overhaul, everything was dingy, the floors needed swept. My husbands eggs benedict sauce was thick and orange, told the manager and she just said she'd check it and reported that it was to lemony but didn't offer to make it right. My scrambled eggs were dry, the potatoes were good and the service was fair. The coffee was flavorful and hot. The decor is junky, too many knick knacks sitting around, reminds me of my grandmothers living room, it could use some serious paint and decorating.

Where do I even begin? First, the location is great. Their outdoor seating is so nice with a beautiful view and sunset. Inside, the decor is so unique and fun. It's not like anywhere you've ever been before. The food is top of the line WOW factor, for sure! Their portions are huge! Something you'd see on a Food Network show. Come hungry and prepared to take leftovers home. The flavors are an explosion of fireworks in your mouth. Their boneless wings are REAL chicken, deep fried. Not frozen, spongy chicken - but the REAL DEAL! That is so hard to find at restaurants anymore. Their wing sauces are delicious. They offer a wide variety. One of their specials was called "The Jersey Diner" ... it was a waffle and chicken sandwich. OUT OF THIS WORLD! They don't have it all of the time, but man when they do ... don't pass up this bad boy! I also love their chili dog with onions. Their chili is homemade. I always pair it with their beer battered onion rings. And these are mac-daddy huge onion rings! And delicious! Their soup is homemade. All of their food is so fresh. I'd take a longer wait for fresh food, then a quick wait for pre-packaged frozen food. Fresh food all day long. I do like that they can make any sandwich into a salad, if you aren't eating bread. They're very accommodating to any special dietary needs and do all they can to make sure you have the best experience. The owners themselves are very active in the dining area, visiting and mingling with guests. That says a lot. But they do disappear and work in the kitchen themselves to make sure everything is up to their standard. Definitely don't miss out visiting this place. And those funnel cake fries! Trust me, you don't want to miss out on those! A very fun and great place to go! We will definitely be back!
