Although this is potentially one of the better restaurants in Lubumbashi, the novelty of having Western food and decor as well as internet and International plugs, does not make up for the 'don't care' attitude of the staff, which boils all the way down from the owner and management. We are a group of expat ladies who meet there at least once every few weeks for lunch or coffee. One would think that after all this time they would pay attention to how we like our coffee or what we like with our food (no dressing on salads, no basting sauces on the meats,salad instead of chips, etc, etc)....but NOOOO!! A number of times we have asked for muffins and after ig shouting all round...nothing. Even the manager disappears because he or she does not want to handle a 'difficult' client. Come on guys, you are way overpriced and your product ain't what it used to be! We have spoken to the owner few times, but seeing his disinterest in our complaints, we have now given up on going there. This also goes for the sister restaurants Latte Lounge and Le Boucher - stunning decor, well trained staff, good location, seriously overpriced for what you get, poor management and more often than not, what you order from the menu is not available without any good reason or action from management.
