Reviews on Pizza food in Evora, Alentejo, Portugal. Time seems to stand still in Evora, a well-preserved medieval town that features protective walls, a 13th-century cathedral, several palaces, and a 1st-century Roman temple. No surprise that the town center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Even though it’s kind of creepy, don’t miss the Chapel of Bones, where the remains of nuns and monks are arranged in a haunting mosaic.

After checking out at least 5 other restaurants in Evora, we decided to eat here. You will find that vegetarian food is a little hard to come by in most fancy places at Evora. The garlic bread was delicious and freshly made. The pizzas were also great. Kids did not love the pasta, but they liked it enough. The sangria pitchers were big so check the sizes before you order. The service was excellent.

Once again, even if the fare is not original to Portugal, it seems to really not matter. We found this Pizzaria, decided to try. Needed something to eat for a light dinner. Pizza here is absolutely fantastic. I don't care for a thin crust, but this place may be the exception. I have seen reviews elsewhere (Facebook,) complaining about the painted walls, other silly comments, like the cooking area should be more hidden... Guess they haven't heard about an open kitchen! You can not go wrong here!

Great restaurant as long you have pasta. Pizza crust was probably frozen, it certainly didnât come out of a pizza oven. But the pasta was excellent, especially the lasagna. Thanks for your coment. If you did not like pizza, we understand. But we did not use frozen pizza dough. We make our daily homemade pizza. Maybe of the cook's mistake the pizza would not be well cooked. But we made sure the pizza was not frozen. We apologize for this error from our team.Thank you for visiting and your family.Pane & Vino team

The meal was very good. The linguini with shrimp, olive oil and garlic was excellent. The service was very fast and sitting up top beside the wall and the aqueduct was great on a hot night. It was a nice break from the Portuguese menus. Would definitely recommend.
