We intended to eat at Sumpter Junction because it got good TA reviews and was close the the Tesla Superchargers, but it was closed, so we walked across the street the the Truck Corral Restaurant. Excellent choice! The Clubhouse sandwich on rye was very good - loaded with super yummy meats and cheeses. I took half with me to enjoy later. My husband had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich served on a baguette. He LOVED it. Got a caramel shake to go and it was delicious, too. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. Nothing fancy about the decor, but has a good diner vibe. Will definitely stop here again.

I hate to write bad reviews but feel duty bound on this one. I am not sure if one of the previous reviewers was actually 'in' Baker City as there are quite a few restaurant choices. They must not have driven too far from the highway. I picked up a carry out order recently and ended up throwing most of it away. It also made me sick later on. The pizza that I ordered was cold, overcooked, and missing several ingredients. The one that I had added on (mushrooms) were literally thrown on the pizza raw as an after thought. Obviously, someone forgot to add them before it was baked. The restaurant also appears to be be dirty. I will never return.
