Reviews on Nepali food in Twickenham, England, United Kingdom. Twickenham is a suburban area and town in Greater London, lying on the River Thames 10.2 miles west-southwest of the centre of London. It has an extensive town centre and is famous as being the home of rugby union, with hundreds of thousands of spectators visiting Twickenham Stadium, the world's largest rugby stadium, each year. The historic riverside area is famous for its network of 18th-century buildings and pleasure grounds, many of which survive intact. This area has three grand period mansions with public access: York House, Marble Hill and Strawberry Hill House. Another has been lost, that belonging to 18th-century aphoristic poet Alexander Pope. Among these is the Neo-Gothic prototype home of Horace Walpole which has given its name to a whole district, Strawberry Hill, and is linked with the oldest Roman Catholic university in the country, St Mary's University, Twickenham.

The restaurant is large and has a very nice interior. The staff were so welcoming and very professional. A real effort was made. There were some complementary starter snacks which were a nice touch. I found the rest of the food to be underwhelming. The main dish was just like a very average medium curry, despite it being a vindaloo. The flavour wasn't great at all. Maybe it was a bad night as there are many other good reviews here.

This restaurant has been in business since 2003. It serves the most flavoursome dishes.
Just had another lovely meal at my favourite Indian restaurant! The food and service was excellent as always. My friend and I ate too much as it was so tasty! My brother didn't get his usual 'Doggy-Bag' and was really annoyed! You don't know what you are missing if you have not been here before.

Really friendly staff willing to change dishes to suit needs, great menu of Nepalese food and traditional Indian favourites .Visit on Thursday night this was the only Indian that had customers eating, again another very good sign. Very good portions, momos seemed very popular as a starter and the grilled meat as main courses were very well done. This was a group visit and everyone was extremely happy with the food, service and cost.this is my main recommendation for anyone in Twickenham who wants a outstanding curry.
