Solenad 3 (thursday/dinner): 1. The service was really bad: servers werenât responding when we asked them questions; the repeated request for water was ignored till the 5th time; and after 40mins of waiting, we were told that our orders werenât available. We were given complimentary wings because of this but it just wasnât enough to curb the disappointment of not getting the kind of food we wanted. Coming from this experience, at least 2 out of 4 from our group will not return. 2. Table and dining area werenât clean: tables were still wet with glass marks from the previous guests; saw some trash on the floor.3. Visible&audible conflicts between the kitchen and the servers: the arguments between the cooks and servers were really loud; we heard the cooks blaming the servers for offering items that werenât available anymore.4. Despite the long queue outside, we decided to stay on in anticipation of good food â but were disappointed as well. The steak one of us ordered was definitely not medium rare as requested. The two who ordered the pork ribs felt that it was overpriced, there was more bone than meat. My order wasnât available so i settled for wings, which was ok... but not what I wanted.Not recommended: inconsistent in service, long lines, and unfortunately the food wasnât worth it

Chicken is probably one that I don't frequently order when dining out, especially the white meat as it is usually dry, until my husband recommended we eat here. I normally would request to dine somewhere else but we had our fur babies with us and they had outside seating. I actually was skeptical about it that I ordered Pasta Tartufo, which I actually loved. The pasta was cooked al dente. I don't know what goes in it but it has a garlicky taste with a hint of truffle, that it became an instant favorite for me. I did try the chicken, with the prodding of the husband, and I was actually surprised. It was moist, tender and was adequately seasoned. They offer 3 sauces with it. But even without the sauces it was already good. Couple it with Java rice and it was perfect! We came here for a second time and opted for their Chicken and Ribs meal that is good for 6 people, which included a whole chicken, a slab of ribs, 6 bowls of Java rice and 6 sides. Of course with an order of Pasta Tartufo for sharing, and a carafe of iced tea. Our total came to almost P3,000. It's probably a bit pricey for a regular day for some. But maybe for weekend and special occasions, I think it is worth it. *Oh, and they were cool when there were fragments of bone in our area as we were handing some rib bones to our fur babies. We tried to clear some but they offered to take care of it.
