Find out what Mexican restaurants to try in Rincon. Rincon is best known for two things—surfing and sunsets. Beaches are small (meaning no huge resort beaches) and no matter how much of a Type-A personality you are, Rincon’s laid-back attitude and leisurely pace will soon win you over.

We stumbled across Nacho Libre while walking in the neighborhood where we were staying for the week. And went back several times after that. The food is fresh and delicious. Go with the specials and you won't be disappointed. And try the margaritas. There are 5 different flavors, impossible to choose a favorite! They have a wonderful key lime pie that they are often sold out of. Try it if you can get a slice! Great music on Wednesday nights.
We ate brekfast here aost every day of our vacation. Hughley recommend the power breakfast burrito and a latte. Great people, wonderful food and awesome prices. The owners are super nice and helpful as it was our first trip to Rincon.
Where to eat Pub food in Rincon: The Best Restaurants and Bars
I have been there 3 times now, and the service has been good on each visit. The servers are bi-lingual and helpful. If you are in a hurry you can order from the burrito bar, and they will build your burrito while you watch. You can also get it to go. The food is not fancy but tastes good. While not totally Mexican, it was more authentic that many of the places on this side of the island. The best thing about it are the reasonable prices. A great place to stop for lunch.
The owner was super friendly, we had a very nice conversation about his food truck. I had the ceviche, which was very fresh and tasty. This was the best ceviche I have had in years. I didnât know what type of fries were the best as I never tried the yuca nor malanga before. The owner was so nice and he prepared both for me. Both of them were delicious.Make sure you stop by after a day at the beach, you wonât regret it!
