First time at Chuuk. It was excellent! I was here many years ago when it was a different restaurant. The newly renovated decor and cuisine is fantastic! I love Mexican food but have yet to find true authentic Mexican cuisine in the GTA. The appetizers were excellent, the main course and desserts were delicious. I especially liked the Maya coffee!! The food is locally sourced so this is great for the whole area. I will definitely return. Gracias!!!

Might skip this if there are other places locally to choose from.Staff on the other hand are very nice and happy to servebradr879, Thank you for sharing your feedback. After visiting a few times, I have mixed feelings about Mucho Burrito. I have been to many burrito places in the GTA and Mucho has some of the best ingredients and options, but I've found them to be made inconsistently. The first time, my burrito was about 40% rice while everything else was skimped on. And, much to my chagrin... guacamole costs $1 extra? What an unpleasant surprise, considering guacamole is a staple in just about any burrito, and the already high prices should justify guacamole being included. The first burrito was not great, but I gave the place a second try a few months later. Mucho better! This time since the burrito was not loaded with rice, I was able to appreciate the nice chunky fresh vegetables, delicious cilantro, fantastic salsa and gorgeous cilantro. I appreciated that this burrito was both chunky and juicy, whereas most other places use finely diced vegetables and refried beans so that the contents of your burrito end up as an unrecognizable, mushy hodgepodge. This is where Mucho stands out. Also, just the fact that you have a choice of beans is nice, rather than the default refried paste at most places. You also have a choice of salsas and a variety of hot sauce options. And of course, cilantro. Thank you for the cilantro! I'm one who loves it.But, oh, right... when we get to the guacamole, I'm reminded it's $1 extra. I say yes anyway, and a fairly small amount of guac is dropped onto my burrito. I should definitely not have been charged $1 for that. So, for a "regular" sized chicken burrito with guacamole, with tax, I paid over $10. As much as I appreciate the options and the fresh, chunky ingredients, that is too much to pay for a regular sized burrito. For goodness sakes, do not charge for guacamole! It belongs in every burrito! It's just bad business to give your customers the depressing news in the middle of their burrito being made that they need to fork out even more than they thought if they want an obvious ingredient included on their burrito. For this reason alone, I will visit another burrito place in Pickering 4 out of 5 times, saving Mucho for when I feel justified in paying extra to experience a different flavour. So, Mucho, if you scrap the $1 guacamole nonsense, I would be going to you 4 out of 5 times.
