First thing I must do is compliment the EXCELLENT SERVICE, and professional service of my server, Caitlan, and of the Manager, Mr. Pasada, who has been responsible for a complete turnaround of this establishment. I have written non flattering reviews before, mainly because of the lack of good service. Not anymore. I highly rate this great restaurant as the BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN PALESTINE! Dont miss this place if you pass through!Thank you for your recent visit to El Toro Palestine and the many before that one. Wow, excellent! I will be sure and thank both of them personally when I am there this weekend. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. As you know from my other responses to your feedback, we will always strive to provide only the best to our guests. This goes from the time they enter the parking lot till the time they leave. From Service, to the food, to the free ice cream and warm farewell when you leave. Our mission statement is; We want to create an extraordinary experience for our guests to enjoy the best Tex-Mex around through superior standards and service excellence. It pleases us so very much when we hear from great guests letting us know how we are doing and that we are meeting our goals. We look forward to serving you again. Sincerely, John

Established in 1967, this eatery offers a menu of familiar Mexican fare such as tacos & enchiladas.
We had dinner with a large group of 15. Our waitress never missed a beat. All of our food was just as we ordered it. We had three different people paying, and we were all mixed up. She kept every bit of it straight. All of the food was great as usual. Our drinks as well as our chips and hot sauce all stayed full. No complaints, just compliments!

Great food. Chips seem homemade, beefenchilada plate was terrific. If you don't get the charro beans you are missing out: bits of real bacon, onions, super-tasty.

Slowest service I have seen at a Taco Bell. Food is average, occasionally chintzy on the amount of food. Otherwise the same everywhere. Restrooms were clean, but normally I just use the driveup. Just allow a lot of time to get thru the driveup because you can't get out and leave until you go through the entire line.
