The place is clean, good location. Wait staff was excellent. Previous waiter was getting off, passed us to new waiter effortlessly. Friendly attitude, knowledgeable of the food. Recommended food choices were perfect. Waiter made sure we were ok. Food hot , presentation precise. Drinks were good, not watered down. Engaged us in conversation, we were clearly visitors.Thank you so much for taking the time to send us this feedback. We love hearing about the great service and food you recently received at our New Britain Chili's. We will share this feedback with the manager and look forward to your next visit.

Sunday afternoon visit by three people. Not a soul inside when we went in. Ordered quickly but the teen at the register tried to charge me forty cents extra.Here's what happened. Taco Bell Supreme comes with sour cream in it. I asked for it on the side. Teen said it would cost forty cents to do that. After several minutes of me basically saying, "You're kidding me," he relented and didn't charge me. We sat down to wait...and wait...and wait...and wait! The music inside the seating area was beyond loud. Loud to the point I couldn't even hear what was being said at my own table. I asked another kid at the registers if it could be turned down. He said it was piped in music and they had no control over the volume. Wait. What? Huh? Unbelievable. Food still not ready either, a good 10-12 minutes after ordering. Place was freezing as well. Outside temp was about 65. No need to make the inside like Anarctica. Food finally came and thankfully it was all good. One can never realistically expect a perfect and fantastic experience when eating at one of these chain restaurants. I know that, but this was pathetic. Nothing but kids working. No manager on duty. Kids managing kids. A bad combination. Others that came in after us waited just as long for their food. Go only if you really want Taco Bell and don't mind incompetence.

Puerto Vallarta is the perfect place for exceptional Mexican food. Everything is fresh. The guacamole is made in front of you and the service is wonderful. The restaurant is very spacious. If you have a larger party they can be accommodated but it is highly recommended to make a reservation first.
