I've frequented Old Mexico as long as it has existed. The staff is friendly and prompt. You rarely have to wait to get a refill of salsa. Speaking of salsa, their salsa is the best ever! I love that it is obviously not a chain and is family owned.

Great Mexican food off the beaten path. Flavorful (minus the guacamole) & served quickly! Staff was friendly & price was worth the food delivered.

I don't have unrealistic expectations for a fast food chain. I do expect fast, courteous service and consistent food quality. The poor management of this location trickles down throughout the experience of eating here. I have tried the drive through and eat in several times recently. Each time I have been disappointed. The employees do not appear to be well trained or managed. When I went through the drive through recently I was asked to either come in to order my food or go somewhere else because the employee was too busy to take orders from the window. Prior to that drive in experience they would only take orders with cash.I went somewhere else. I took the time to do a customer survey online but never got a response.Recently when I tried to eat in I was constantly asked by the employees to go online and give them an excellent rating. They even offered free food in exchange for an excellent rating. I understand being invited to participate in a customer satisfaction survey when you order but to be badgered repeatedly to the point of having to leave to eat in peace is ridiculous. I don'e expect anything but average food here but my burrito was cold. Until the owner changes the leadership culture here the food and service will continue to be poor and I will try other places to eat.
