New to the area, we followed a few good reviews to this little restaurant. Aware from reviews that we should bypass our opinion of the building, simple decor. To our delight, the service was quick and friendly. Salsa and chips were homemade, kinda thin, but delicious. Husbands meaty fajitas were delicious and plentiful, with sides. My cheese steak burrito was juicy and tender served with beans & rice. We will return!

Quality of Food is good, service is great and prices are great! Waitresses are always helpful and will gladly tell you their favorite items. Big tables for large groups. Portion sizes heavy... for us, sharing an entree with chips and salsa make for a more than plenty meal. This is one of the best two Mexican restaurants in Macclenny. Easy directions from either Macclenny and I-10 exits. Many locals seen here regularly.

I got there after some of the other nearby restaurants had closed. San Jose Mexican Restaurant was shuttered at 9 pm, for example. I was the only customer there and they quickly served up a good hamburger and fries for me. It was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
