It has been way too long since we visited our favorite restaurant. We mid-noon around 2pm to beat the rush. Fortunately, we were greeted by our FAVORITE person âElvisâ, who promptly brought our home-made chips and salsa, and took our meal and drink orders. Within 10 minutes our Chicken-Fajitas were at our table. Having not eaten earlier in the day, we were famished and the meal which usually is enough for 2 meals was devoured by my wife and myself. This is absolutely the BEST FOOD, BEST VALUE and if your serverâs name is âELVISâ you will meet the BEST PERSON in the world as his smile will cheer you up . I highly recommend the Fajitas. Still # 1 on our list.
Where to eat American food in Groveland: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Don't be mistaken by the exterior. This is a gas station/market/butcher and fast food restaurant. They have 6-7 small tables. Breakfast 5:30am - 9am for $1.00 tacos, empanadas + more. After 9am a variety of tacos $1.50, taquitos $1.50, plates with rice/beans for $5.99 There are many restaurants in the Clermont/Groveland/Mascotte area, but these are the best tacos around.High quality meat & plenty of it. Their green salsa is the best. Not fancy by any means but if you want the original at a very good price, this is your place.

Easy to find, good parking no wait for the time we went (6pm) service was quick, friendly and professional. we were seated immediately, water with lemon arrived as our server took our drink order. Margaritas were good and they knew how to make a Michelada- which not every "mexican" place does. Our Server, Omar, was conscientious and got us refills quickly. When the bar was backed up a bit he made our margaritas himself. The Queso dip was delicious. The food came pretty quick and was very good. Omar checked on us frequently but wasn't intrusive or pushy. great service, great food and really good drinks... what more could you want?

This is a cafeteria plus menu style Latin restaurant, with lots of take-out business. I wanted to try their Cuban sandwich, a personal favorite. I have eaten them from dozens of restaurants around the State. The critical starting ingredient is the bread. It must be very fresh with the proper texture and taste. Julio's did not make the top rung, maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10. The meat package and preparation were good. Service was excellent. The best yet in Clermont, but more testing is underway.
