This place, which has excellent food, is locally known as "the Taco Bus" Their phone number is: 406-660-0915.
I went to Fiesta Mexicana in June14, 2019 upon the recommendation of my hotel. I ordered the Chicken Street Tacos. The tacos were soggy, the chicken did not taste like it was chicken (I have no idea what chicken they used and I don't want to know) and there was no cheese. How can you ruin a street taco? The street tacos at Costco are so much better!! I decided to give them another chance, so I went there July 19, 2019 and got the Chicken Fajitas. This was at least better, but I would still not recommend Fiesta Mexicana. If you want authentic Mexican, get to the Southwest.

Menudo... don't try it, it had not been thoroughly washed and it had an bad smell. The cheese enchiladas did not have cheese, the rice had a yellow tint and orange underneath...not authentic Mexican food. Plus, the orders were mixed up, our guest of honor literally never received her food even though we told our waiter many times. She ate food that everyone else didn't eat! We didn't make a scene because we don't want to ruin the mood of the occasion. The only good thing about Los Koritas is the Beverhead Brewery next door!! In summary...NO BUENO!!!
Wife and I ate here for the second time. Since we have eaten at all 3 Mexican restaurants in Dillon we are firmly convinced this place is the best. Friendly service, nice decor and reasonable prices but the best part is real, authentic Mexican food. It's difficult to find good Mexican food in Montana but this place is the real deal.muchas gracias, we enjoy serving our customers.
At Taco John's®, we serve traditional Mexican food-with a twist. By fusing bold American flavors with south-of-the-border spice, we've defined our signature menu. From our trademark Potato Olés® and freshly prepared tacos to our infamous breakfast burrito
Chain. Absent owner. Mostly UMW staff. You sometimes wonder about sanitary practices of staff. Facility needs repaving, maintenance, outside upgrade. Food is tasty enough for mass Mex. Sometimes small portions.
