We came in at 9pm on a Tuesday evening and the food was fresh, displayed well and an culinary delight. I was able to choose from a variety of options that meet my gluten free restrictions, which is always a huge plus for someone with Celiacs Disease. The staff was professional, and knowledgeable on the menus and gave good recommendations. My teenage daughter really enjoyed the tapas feel of the meal. I am looking forward to returning soon.
My family and I recently placed a carryout order to try another new place and to support a local business. We ordered (2) Steak Taco Dinners, (2) Cheese Quesadillas, (1) Pork Tamale, (2) Steak Flautas and a âfreeâ order of Chips & Salsa with our $30 purchase. The order took what seemed like a long time to prepare however, that also generally indicates that itâs being made to order which is a positive. The Steak Tacos, Pork Tamale and Flautas all had very generous portions of meat with the Flautas being some of the âcrispiestâ Iâve ever had. Unfortunately, we found all of this as well as the rice & beans included with the (2) dinners to lack flavor. There didnât seem to be any seasoning on the food.....even salt & pepper were unnoticeable. My son thought the Quesadillas were good but, the size would be for a very young child not a teenager or adult. While the âfreeâ Chips & Salsa seemed like a nice bonus the chips appeared to have come out of a bag and the salsa was watery and tasteless. As I said, good portions....bland taste. I gave 3 stars based on the portion size but flavor was a 2. We may try again someday, but right now there are much better choices in the area.
