We couldn't fault the food, it's fresh, tasty and well presented. There was a good atmosphere as it was busy. The only reason I can't rate this is a 5, is because the service was slow, we had to wait a long time between our starter and main course, and that was after chasing it up. One of our party spoke to the manager at the end of the meal, another member of staff came over and apologised, we were assured that if we went back this wouldn't happen again. I was impressed with how they handled the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to go back as the food was excellent.

We have been several times. The food and service has been wonderful every time. Beautiful decor, and varied and authentic menu. Cocktails are amazing!!We went to the live music evening tonight & the restaurant was fully booked. Even though they were really busy the food was still sublime and service was excellent. The owner and the manager take time to chat, and ensure everything is perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.Many thanks for your review. We had a very tasty meal in this lovely English Pub in Towcester, UK. The service was quick, the food good and the price reasonable. There was a wide range of food on offer to suit most tastes. We went for the pub specials - fish and chips and beef stroganoff. The quantities were generous to the point where we did well to finish all our food. I would highly recommend this pub for its food and quick, friendly service

We visited with our Dutch friends who were staying with us for a few days. We were all very impressed with the selection of tapas, amongst them, patatas bravas, albóndigas y boquerones. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and we will definitely be back.
