This place has a good vibe and the staff was friendly. Average prices for drinks, the one turnoff was the automatic 20% tip even though I was sitting at the bar. This is not San Francisco, I don't like a tip being pushed down my throat. Not sure I will return.

You can tell just by walking by that Greek express serves authentic Greek cuisine. It has a very cute interior with traditional Greek design, but minimalist--order at the counter and sit at a table, or order delivery or takeout in advance.The portions are generous, using fresh ingredients, well seasoned with great herbs and spices. You can taste the olive oil, but it isn't too heavy, and certainly not greasy.Strongly recommended for authentic Greek cuisine. Come hungry, order the specials, and you'll be very happy you did.

I was craving a chicken sandwich the other day and wandered upon Christos Gyro. I ordered a chicken souvlaki sandwich and rice and tzatziki sauce on side. Boy was that one of the best sandwiches I ever tasted. It was so good and filling that the next day I went back to pick it up again for dinner for the family. I ordered the chicken gyros, chicken souvlaki, falafel and rice. Absolutely amazing again and filled us up the whole night. The flavor in the gyro and souvlaki is perfect with the fillings and that sauce it to die for. The only thing that was ok was the falafel but then again falafel really isn't a Greek dish so they are forgiven.
