Our previous report covered breakfast. We were back for dinner. We tried the Greek Specialties offered and immensely enjoyed our selections of salads and a sandwich which was eaten open-face.. Other menu items includeda rack of lamb for under $18.00 with numerous items priced on the lower end.. This is not a Greek Restaurant per se and has many typical American dishes. The glass of wine was good and the pour generous..

This has got to be the best Gyro place in St. Louis. You can orders ahead of time for pick up or you can dine in. They have a very small dining area. They also have wonky hours so make sure they are open before you head there. The baklava is amazing!

Aya Sofia, St. Louisâ only Turkish restaurant, opened in October 2005 by Turkish Chef Mehmet Yildiz and designer Alicia Aboussie. Our outstanding Turkish cuisine is delicious, fresh, and healthy. We serve lamb, beef, chicken and seafood. Aya Sofia offers
There are so many tasty dishes on the menu, this is a great place to come with friends who like to try things and share with each other. Get some Sarma (stuffed grape leaves) and another small plate to share. For entrees, the portions are large, so you won't mind when your friends steal a forkful from your plate, besides, you'll want to taste a bite from their plate too! I usually get the Musakka, which is hearty and rich. This time, I tried the Firianda Kuzu, which is tender and juicy lamb served with potatoes and zucchini. The deliciously rich sauce is a little garlicy and a little peppery. It was just as good the next day when I ate the leftovers for lunch :) I have to complement our server, Jeff, too. He took excellent care of us.
