Our group of 5, of whom 2 eat here frequently, enjoyed dinner. We ordered two servings of trout, plus chicken enchiladas, scallops, and a classic chicken dish. Itâs nice to join friends at a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a wide variety of delicious, attractive dishes.

New Rebozo is well known for its Moles. 25 to be exact! Two of which are constant staples Mole Poblano and Mole Pipian, while four different moles are featured in their most popular dish. The Fiesta Mole dish consists of six enchiladas that change
Chef Paco is great and really makes this place a destination. His moles are amazing. Tried the enchiladas with 6 different mole sauces. Spectacular. Be prepared to be charmed into dessert or other items. The entire staff is just great and so is the food.

Unique and delicious! I am not ordinarily adventurous, but on my first trip, tried a taco platter with not only my usual chicken, but also grilled fish and ham & cheese (OK, I'm still not wildly adventurous). Yum on all three! The chicken was perfectly clean (no gristle or anything other than pure chicken) and tasty, the fish was way better than I had feared, and the ham and cheese was a nice change-up. The corn tortillas were not soggy, as I often get elsewhere, and it was just the right amount of food to fill me but not leave me uncomfortably stuffed. The rice and beans were even better than what I ordinarily expect from mid-range places like this. I uncharacteristically ate every bit on my plate, and I've been back three more times--tasty every time! The Chivarita margaritas were not what I expected--they were fabulous! I expected syrupy corner-stand hooch, but these were fine. Not too sweet and surprisingly strong given the mild flavor. And the salsa bar is awesome--the hottest one is entirely bearable for Midwesterners like me, and it has an intriguing and delicious earthy flavor. The mild, green one is really tasty, too.Had their fried ice cream this last time, too. Not surprisingly, yum! Welcome to Forest Park--we'll be eating there repeatedly!

My friend and I met up for a marvelous Sunday brunch - I had the omelette with jalepeno and Manchego cheese with Brussels sprouts (excellent) and my friend had the Chorizo Eggs Benedict. Both were interesting flavors and very well-executed. Good service and a pleasant vibe, plus a great value in Oak Park.
