Stumbled on this delightful restaurant for lunch. The entree came with 6 different appetizers including excellent kimchi. The greens had a hint of fish sauce that really sparked my palate. Cold mashed potatoes had extra taste and were sooo good, I could have made a meal of them. Entree was rice bowl in hot clay pot with fresh veggies and savory beef. The rice was crusted on the bottom and I should have eaten that first. By the time I discovered the rice, I was so full I couldn't eat it. Miso soup rounded out what became a most memorable lunch. I will return to try the table side barbecue. Don't miss this gem of a restaurant.

We came here New Year's Eve and had a lovely dinner. It was very relaxed and chic inside and the cuisine was delicious. Great service too. We tried some salads and some rolls and Churashi and everything was delicious. Planning on going back soon for the unnamed roll which is crab and lobster. It's amazing!

We are regulars at this restaurant, which is a hidden gem in the suburbs for sushi. We eat at sushi restaurants all over the place and would rate Fuji's sushi on par with that found in expensive urban restaurants. The staff are very friendly, and most are Japanese. The hibachi dining is great fun with the kids as well and a terrific value.

We have eaten here several times. The food is always delicious. However, we've noticed the portions getting a little smaller the last 2 times. Our server barely spoke or did any of the things that they normally do. He didn't use hardly any seasonings and seemed like he couldn't wait to finish. The vegetables they serve now are 90% corn. Before you would always get a nice variety. I had the filet and chicken. I was served 9 small pieces of filet and the same for the chicken. We've always brought the leftovers home for lunch but this time we both finished the entire meal. While we were paying our check they actually had a waiter come out, wipe the table and place the menus at our seats for the next table. It was rude. Seems as though they are worried about getting people in and out rather than quality.
