Discover Restaurants offering the best Japanese food in San Salvador, San Salvador Department, El Salvador. El Salvador's capital, San Salvador, is a modern city of wide boulevards and narrow streets, outdoor markets, government buildings, high-rises, monuments, an exuberant nightlife, museums and other cultural institutions. And all set against the backdrop of San Salvador volcano. The city is surrounded by shantytowns as well as affluent suburbs with restaurants and large shopping malls. Overall, an excellent experience. It is more a lounge than a formal restaurant, but that doesn't affect food and service quality.A relatively short menu and also few options for wine, but for sure good enough to satisfy everybody.I tried red tuna sashimi, salmon nigiri and salmon tempura, all were excellent.Service is also great, attentive and friendly without being pushy.I recommend it and will return.Thank you very much for taking the time to share the great review about your recent visit to Nau LoungeWe are delighted with your comments and very happy to know that you enjoyed our amazing food and service. We are looking forward to welcoming you in not too distant future!Best regards,Patrice GuausExecutive Chef

I ordered food to go after reading the great reviews. I ordered the beef wonton appetizer and the kung pow chicken. The wonton were stuffed with ground beef and not much else, the sweet sauce was not a good accompaniment. The kung pow chicken was breaded, not good, in a spicy sauce with way too many peanuts. The sauce did not taste homemade. The food was almost like microwavable frozen food. I ended up throwing most of it out, waste of money.Hi Jessica, thank you for the feedback. We are really sorry about your experience. Would you please give us the following details: Date and approximately hour of your visit, which of our branch did you visit or did you order delivery? Is there a telephone to reach you? We like to offer you a courtesy and the authentic KOI Sushi experience.

At first we had an awkward experience as we had to share the Teppenyaky table; the place was not packed but there were no more available seats for a group of 4. However we had a great time with the other people. The service staff were attentive but sometimes not too fast with the ordering service. The man who cooked our food was very friendly, though. Would recommend if you like Teppenyaki food (their specialty)Javier we appreciate by taking your time and letting us know your experience. Our tables are set for 8-10 people, sometimes we have to share. Sharing = having a great time. Come visit at Centro Comercial El Paseo.
