Japanese specialties, tapas, sushi and japanese inspired entrees.
Had an awesome experience at Taka. Service was great and the food was out of this world. DELICIOUS sushi with so many options and generous portions. Also, the meatloaf was spectacular (paired with a roll as an appetizer). Highly recommended.

We have been here 3 times, 2 times too many, where we have made reservations and had to wait over a half an hour to be seated as people had come after us and seated before us. The last time, we were told the group payed in advance so thats why they were seated before us. Dont think well visit again.

Reasonably priced lunch specials. Husband and I ordered "create your own bento box" that included soup, salad, tempura or shumai, plus a sushi roll, plus rice and a teriyaki dish. That is a lot of food for under $25 for two! The salmon teriyaki was masterfully prepared and moist. Brown rice was available for a small upcharge. Salad came with dressing served separately, and we didn't have to request it that way. Also, every single worker we saw thanked us for coming on our way out. Now that's customer service!

We have visited Ginza many times, usually for their all you can eat sushi specials that run Sunday-Wednesday nights. For $21.95 you get soup, salad, dessert, and "almost" any type of sushi rolls. The all you can eat menu has dozens of choices of standard and specialty rolls so you will have no trouble finding the rolls that suit you. The only "catch" is that you must finish your previous rolls before ordering more but that seems more than fair. The service is friendly and its a BYOB (liquor store is located a few doors down-across the parking lot) so you can enjoy your favorite adult beverage along with your meal. We always manage to squeeze in a dessert of ice cream, with green tea or red bean our favorites. They do also have hibachi available and its your standard hibachi fare, but we tend to go for the sushi deal to get our "fix". Ginza is easily accessible and has plenty of parking so if its sushi you're after then I highly recommend checking them out.
