The food wasn't impressive. Eatable when you're hungry, but nothing special. I don't drink cold water, so I asked to bring me a glass of room temperature water. What they gave me was hard to call water, smth undrinkable.Sorry to hear this experience from you, as I can see that you were eating here at our restaurant back on February? can you please provide more details on what was going on back on that day? so we can better assist you and our customers in the future. That will be really helpful, thank you!

We enjoyed the food. I ordered French dragon rolls and Yummy Yummy rolls with mango slices. My husband had a chicken steak which was also good. What I'd like to see in American restaurants: 1) music (would be nice to hear Japanese music in a Japanese cafe), 2) paper napkins on the table, 3) more comfortable temperature, I hate sitting and freezing inside.

Is it Americanized? Yes - you're in North Dakota! Considering its location Shing Ya was a great surprise. Very authentic flavors - the ramen was very good. Sushi was also very good quality. We had the spicy pork balls as an appetizer - very interesting presentation of pork - and delicious! Dishes are modestly priced and the portions are a good size without being ridiculous. I love a variety of Asian food and I was very happy to find Shing Ya - I will return!

Yes! Our Food Was Delicious! Our server was kind and attentive.Restaurant and menus were clean.I always appreciate it when servers pre-bus tables. Servers walking back to kitchen empty handed is time not wisely used. The menâs room... Yikes! Two soap dispensers torn off the wall. Three electric paper hand towel dispensers empty. Regular kitchen paper towel to dry hands. Where does male service staff wash their hands after using the bathroom since there isnât any soap in there??
