This place should not be confused with the Clubhouse at the Franklin County Country Club. It is located on west Main Street and this was my second visit. We were seated immediately but it took about 8 minutes for a server to finally show up. We passed on appetizers. I ordered the rib-eye cooked medium rare with a salad and baked potato. My wife ordered chicken breast with salad and mixed vegetables. Our salads were so-so but tasted a bit old kind of like bagged iceberg with some onions, a cherry tomato and some croutons. The dressings were okay. My steak was cooked properly but lacked seasoning. It was also as tough as shoe leather with lots and lots of fat. I suspect it was Select grade beef. Advertised as Angus but Angus has a cheaper Select grade as well. Best part of the meal was the baked potato. My wifeâs chicken was overly salty and the best part of her meal was the vegetable medley. Based on the meal, we passed on desserts. They still donât have Splenda and use off-brand ketchup but at least this time the silverware matched. Twice is enough for this place.

I've been here dozens of times for pretty much any situation - family, friends, business, breakfast, lunch, dinner - and have tried pretty much everything on the ever expanding menu and have never had a bad meal yet. The food is phenomenal, and the owners and staff have really become close friends who treat us as family. I'm so glad we have this wonderful place in Johnston City!

We had a short wait even though they were busy. Our waitress was friendly, fast and efficient as was other staff. We ordered stuffed breadsticks and meatballs as appetizers. Sauce was great! Ordered Chicago style double crust pizza sausage and mushrooms with a short wait.Sauce on pizza was delicious and observed several other meals that looked good. Plan to return soon.
